Program committee

The Program Committee is being formed; these are the people who will make the HighLoad++ Conference program. Every one of them is one of the top RuNet authority in his area. Apart from the Russian professionals, this year we will invite our foreign colleagues to give estimation to our Conference program.

Theo Schlossnagle CEO, OmniTI. Theo is one who wrote one of the first books about highload systems — "Scalable Internet Architectures".	Igor Sysoyev Developer of a fast (very fast) nginx HTTP-server used on every tenth Russian website.
Vladimir Gabriyelyan CTO, Mail.ru	Aleksey Rybak Head of web development department, Badoo Development. He has been developing Internet projects since 1999. His latest area of work is mass social services. Aleksey took part in foundation and supporting several largest Russian and international projects.
Oleg Bunin CEO of Ontico Ltd., Program committee chair	Nikolay Samokhvalov Developer and administrator of large Internet startups PostgreSQL databases, Postgresmen Technical Director.
Ivan Zolotukhin Paris Observatory and Sternberg Astronomical Institute (Moscow University) research scientist, Candidate of Science (Physics and Mathematics), authority on the IT infrastructure in the world astronomic community, independent IT expert. In the past - developer and administrator of large Russian Internet startups databases, active member and organizer of PostgreSQL community.	Andrey Pantyukhin Unix/FreeBSD administrator (since 2005), active FreeBSD ports-committer (2006-2008), system engineer of Russian State University of Oil and Gas (2005-2010), FreeBSD lecturer in «Specialist» Computer Training Center (2006-2007). Since 2010 has been working on new projects for Dream Industries. Applies research for solving technical tasks. Andrey is interested in Unix, packet control, distributed systems, open projects. Unofficial FreeBSD technical evangelist on the territory of the Russian Federation, CIS and Antarctic. Beginner in lifehacking.
